Enforcing a cancellation policy is necessary because unfortunately, cancellations and no show appointments leaves gaps in my schedule that I cannot fill without timely notice.

 

CLIENT PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST

 

-48 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE to cancel your appointment and avoid cancellations fees. This ensures a FREE CANCELLATION and allow other clients to book.

 

-24 HOUR CANCELLATION FEE

If you cancel within 24 HOURS of your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the missed service(s) will be collected over the phone by credit card at the time of cancellation.

 

SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW

We do understand that life throws us curve balls sometimes, However, guest who cancel their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “NO SHOW”. A cancellation fee of 100% of missed service(s) will be collected over the phone, by credit card at time of cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS AND FUTURE APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE BOOKED UNTIL CANCELLATION FEE IS PAID.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

Please CALL 332-334-7770 If you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible, I will try to adjust my schedule. However, it is possible I may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time. If your lateness can be accommodated, there will be a late fee of $50 for every half an hour you're late. If your lateness cannot be adjusted to my schedule, 50% of your booked services will be charged by credit card on the same day. NO EXCEPTIONS AND FUTURE APPOINTMENTS CAN NOT BE BOOKED UNTIL CANCELLATION FEE IS PAID.

Please note: Curly style finishing is NOT available with last appointment of the day bookings. Blowouts or blowouts with two braids only.

 

CLIENTS MUST REMOVE TWIST OR BRAIDS BEFORE APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT AND HAIR MUST BE PROPERLY DETANGLE BEFORE COMING TO THE SALON.

 

PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF YOUR HAIR IS PASSED SHOULDER LENGTH SO YOU CAN BE BOOKED ACCORDINGLY.
